Taurus is about practical energy with a taste for the finer things. We have ideas for appreciating that in NC.
Welcome to Taurus season, notoriously associated with the bull, and the second sign of the zodiac calendar. While those born in this season (April 20th – May 20th) may feel especially in their element right now, according to renowned astrologer, Alexandria Lettman, no one is immune to the energy of Taurus. Read on for how you may notice it showing up in your life.
In general, Taurus season blends grounded, practical energy with an appreciation for the finer things in life. It’s a time when a commitment to internal goals and long term planning pays off—it’s the proverbial turtle that wins the race.
While that may seem like a lot of work, remember that the other pillar of Taurus season deals with material indulgence in comfort and luxury. If there were a buffet alongside that metaphorical race, it would be filled with meats, cheeses, chocolates, and ruby red fruits.
This year, Taurus season comes with a plot twist: the infamous Mercury Retrograde, which is basically a time where things don’t go as smoothly as anticipated. There tends to be a lot of miscommunication, delays (in an already slow-moving season), and even technological malfunctions.

Aries
March 21 – April 19
You have lots of opportunities coming your way, but they could create uncertainty when you’re trying to make decisions. Astrologist Alexandria Lettman recommends slowing down to evaluate your past experiences before planning your best move.
Taurus
April 20 – May 20
You’re experiencing a full social life this season (it is your birthday, after all), but make sure your schedule doesn’t get away from you. You could be in for some work miscommunications—so be clear and seek clarification from those around you.
Gemini
May 21 – June 20
Taurus season encourages you to look inward, build up your self-confidence, and work self-care into your routine. For your sign, Lettman suggests things like decluttering your room, cleaning out your social media feed, or trying out a morning stretch routine.

While you’ll feel especially affectionate towards the end of Taurus season, remember to be intentional about spending time with your loved ones—their support will feel especially good right now.
